Free shipping on every order

We ship to all 50 U.S. states at no extra cost. No minimum order.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your scale is on the way.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Tracking can take 2–3 days to update after the first scan — that's normal.

Damaged or lost packages

If your scale arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was lost in transit, email us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it ships, and we can't refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
