New to Smart Body Composition Scales?
Check the manual for key tips: Place the scale on a flat, hard surface (not carpet), wait for the scale to auto-calibrate to zero, step on barefoot with no touching of knees or base of thighs for accurate results.
Know When Measurement is Complete
Wait until the Heart Rate Indicator stops blinking and the reading appears on the scale to know when the body fat measurement is complete.
Adjusting Units on the Smart Scale
Touch the "UNIT" logo on the back of the scale to switch between lb, kg, and st for weight measurement. Remember to set the corresponding unit in the Fitdays app as well.
